Cricket and PSL: PSL and Pakistan international cricket markets follow standard cricket betting rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted or rescheduled, the applicable rules for that market will determine the settlement outcome. Full market-specific rules are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.

Live Betting: Live in-play betting is available on cricket T20 matches, football and esports. Live odds update continuously as match conditions change. A bet placed during a live event is settled based on events that occur after the bet is confirmed, not events that occurred before confirmation. CT999 Game reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time.

Casino and Slot Games: All casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems, depending on the game type. Results are determined fairly and independently for each spin, hand or round. CT999 Game does not influence game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are available in the game information panel.

Error and Malfunction: In the event of a system error, software malfunction or manifest error in odds or game display, CT999 Game reserves the right to void affected bets or games. Winnings generated from a clear error — such as obviously incorrect odds — will not be paid out.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must generate PKR 20,000 in total wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are always displayed clearly before a bonus is claimed.

Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100% of the staked amount. Slot games contribute at the rate specified in the individual promotion. Withdrawals from your CT999 Game account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. Conditions for withdrawal:
